Why give?
Your donation will fund critical research, as detailed here.
Our $100,000 Goal will support Phase 1 preclinical research. Trusted lab partners will establish a RORA mouse line and phenotype the mice to replicate common disease characteristics. Successful completion of this work will lay the foundation for Phase 2 to deliver different gene therapy vectors to see if there are clinical improvements.
“To help my brother get control over his seizures.”
RORA Sibling
“So my daughter can play without fatigue and imbalance.”
RORA Mom
“To connect the patient community and share treatment successes.”
